Justin has fixed most of the errors with commits 530795, 530889, 530900, 530905,
and 530907.
What is left is the use of system("mv ...") at the end of t/mkrules.t which of
course doesn't work in CMD.EXE, and the failure of t/spamc_headers.t which is
caused by trying to run a spamc test that requires spamd to be running. That
test should be skipped when we don't have a spamd, like is done for the other
spamc tests that require spamd.
I still have to run a make test with the optional tests, network, bayes, etc.,
enabled to see what is broke there.
