This is more a suggestion than anything else, but the 24 hour list seems to
have a low threshold. We publish an email newsletter and it was marked as spam
primarily because one 3rd-party URL was at the very bottom of the 24 hour list
on that particular day.
I'm not sure what version of the software the ISP was using, but if you are
going to use the 24 hour list it might make sense to give that less weight.
Just wanted to give some input on that rule.
