They were checked in (r534325) when 20070502-r534356-n was selected for
the nightly mass checks.
It doesn't bode well for the accuracy of our mass check results if rules
that are checked in during the middle of a run can find their way into it.
The rules aren't in the mass-check logs for r534356 (at least not in the
copy I have from 23:00 UTC yesterday), rather something with the ruleqa
app is apparently screwed up.
