RCVD_IN_DNSWL_* rules exist in 72_active.cf with eval:check_rbl_sub, but no
corresponding eval:check_rbl is found. To fix the missing check_rbl, add
header __RCVD_IN_DNSWL eval:check_rbl('dnswl-firsttrusted', 'list.dnswl.org.')
to an existing rules file, possibly 20_dnsbl_tests.cf.
