WHen the maximum children processes are used, spamassassin will use all memory
and we will have to either stop spamassassin and restart or reboot the entire
server. SOmetimes when restarting spamassassin the spam thing happens right
away,
memory usage goes up to 1-2GB. It also causes about 300 database connections to
the postgres server! This is happen on a very consistant basis and did not
happen before bug 5313 was commited.
