Wanted to report a few issues for upating the Bonded Sender rules. These tests
currently are summarized here

First request is to update the reference - we purchased Bonded Sender from
Bonded Sender to Sender Score Certified. A suggested edit would be:

Second request is to add a test for our COI whitelist. The standard whitelist
available via DNS is available at query.bondedsender.org. We also publish a
list of verified COI member IP addresses at plus.bondedsender.org. A suggested
added test (in the format of the previously referenced tests summary):
score RCVD_IN_SSC_TRUSTED_COI 0 -8.0 0 -8.0
