In 25_uribl.cf, queries to multi.uribl.com try to match on 2, 4, and 8 but
instead need to match on 127.0.0.2, 127.0.0.4, and 127.0.0.8. Example:
"urirhssub URIBL_BLACK multi.uribl.com. A 2"
should read as
"urirhssub URIBL_BLACK multi.uribl.com. A 127.0.0.2"
