Yeah, that's the current count. I actually expected it to be much higher than that, as in at least 10-20x higher. But either a) most SA users don't run sa-update, b) there aren't as many SA users as we thought, and/or c) since the last month hasn't had 3.1 updates there could be a large 3.1 crowd lurking out there.
