>From a user point of view Bayes doesn't need to be immutable, but it does need 
to be monotonic, and the 99 rank needs to be a major fraction of the spam 
score, and 00 should be pretty much the negative of that.  So having bayes_99 
be 6.5 or 4.5 or 8 is fine, but having it be 3.2 or 2.6 isn't fine.

Of course from a computational point of view a score range restriction like 
that is probably worse to deal with than a fixed score, since it guarantees you 
an infinite number of possible solutions.  But from a human point of view it is 
a nice concept.
