If you want to disable the the DomainKeys plugin just uncomment the loadplugin
line for it in the appropriate .pre file.
If you want to use DKIM, uncomment the loadplugin line in the appropriate .pre
file and install Mail::DKIM. "New" versions of Mail::DKIM also support
DomainKeys.
In any case, the reported bug is in Mail::DomainKeys, not SpamAssassin.
