If an ISP physically has the potential to get root access to it (e.g., a
colo or a virtual machine at an ISP that a committer has root access
control of) is that good enough regarding confidentiality? If so, I can
ask a friendly ISP if they would be willing to donate a virtual machine
that I would administer.
