Hi Guys, I would like to ask if there are any initiatives to use the GPU for processing in spamassasin. GPU's are mostly unused in standard mailservers, where most of the spamassassin work has to be performed by the CPU. The recent implementation of sa-compile has sparked my interest in using the GPU to parse word through all the Regexes. Another Possible use would be to store the bayes database in video memory and use the GPU to lookup words / headers in video-memory. Have any projects started using the GPU for this ?
