i think it would be nice to have a seperate "psuedo-tld" list for the domains
that arent real tlds/cctlds, but they host lots of subdomains that get abuse.   

if we had something like that, it would also be nice to have a config option for
crafting up the uris, as many of the can go both ways, meaning 
subdomain.webhost.tld or webhost.tld/~subdomain/

craft_uri http://www.geocities.com/(.+)\/ $1.geocities.com
craft_uri http://xoomer.alice.it/(.+)\/ $1.alice.it
etc.

then the crafted uri gets pushed on the array of uris so we can get a uribl
check against it, as well as the base domain.   a config option to
enable/disable this behavior could also be done.

as of right now, we rely on the abuse department of every hoster to get these
things shut down, but that doesnt keep the crap out of the inbox.
