I'm cross posting to the SA dev list.
Synopsis: images from cids that happen to have URL's in them are getting
checked against URI RBL's. I think this is incorrect behavior.
Bug 3305 seems to deal with this issue but I'm unsure if it was patched, if
the patch works, etc.
Any comments?

It definitely still reads the domain from the cid: in the current
version. I didnt try SVN, which by looking at the age of that bug, I
dont think i should have to.
