For some reason I was thinking that the updates would still have the scores, but that makes no sense since they're made with build/mkrules and they're made out of sync too. I think the way to go is to have mkrules only use the scores if they were generated after the active.list file was generated. I'll move the score generation to just after the active.list is generated (I've been meaning to do that anyway... there's no need for the lag, 7pm was just convenient at the time I wrote it (my dialup line was idle enough to download the logs).
