Of course this would be a simple whitelist/blacklist model. You could leave ok_locales intact for compatibility independent of the new additional simple white/black lists. (But white/black infer 100 points to some users perhaps.) Anyway, the user should be able to find the simple white and black lists directives he is looking for.
