Although the FH_HOST_EQ_D_D_D_D rule was removed, references to it remain in
FM_DDDD_TIMES_2 and FM_SEX_HOSTDDDD. A quick scan of these rules suggests that
they too should be removed as their score is zero and will never fire due to
the missing FH_HOST_EQ_D_D_D_D rule.
