I think that I will file a bug report soon. The Net::DNS make test passes on all machines. It is not the speed of the machine. I brought Solaris 8 up on the fast machine and the dnsbl test still fails most of the time. It does sometimes pass and sometimes fails with fewer subtests failing. It seems to have the fewest subtest failures just after a reboot of the machine. Looking at the log I see that a huge number of dns queries are made, perhaps more that can be handled.
