All RCVD_IN_WHOIS_INVALID* tests do no longer exists (and since a while). They
were provided by
completewhois.com which ceased its RBL activites. Instead, their DNS servers
are timing out making SA
extremly slow. RCVD_IN_WHOIS_* rules should be removed from the default
settings.
