I've found it somewhat/quite unresponsive twice in the last week (especially the rsync service) and due to a major lack of time to investigate have just rebooted it (and forgot to send mail about it... real busy)... once a few days ago and once at about 6pm EDT today. Both times it came back up immediately though.
I don't know what the cause of the longer periods of downtime are.
