https://issues.apache.org/SpamAssassin/show_bug.cgi?id=5933

Summary: OE sure as hell CAN send email this way.
           Product: Spamassassin
           Version: 3.2.5
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: major
          Priority: P5
         Component: Rules
        AssignedTo: [email protected]
        ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

I'm bloody tired of that stupid FORGED_OUTLOOK_TAGS rule. It's wrong. I simply
create the HTML externally and include it as an inclusion in a plain text
email.

Content stripped out for brevity.
