Patch to RelayCountry.pm, adding more metadata
RelayCountry.pm currently adds a single line of meta-data to any e-mail that
has Received headers. This meta-data includes the countries in which the
e-mail has been relayed.
Although tagging whole countries as spam is not a useful technique, there may
be some value in noting when a message has been relayed through multiple
countries. This appears to have a reasonable correlation with spaminess. The
patches attached attempt to provide this information
