Your example in the original report comment 0 doesn't do that.

So what? Just because you can do it in a single rule doesn't mean it is faster,
or desirable. Use meta.

Now you're making up examples. Anyway, your request was to mention usage of the
complicated ALL pseudo header, at the deliberately simple exists header test.
Not a good idea IMHO. They are actually not even related, other than both being
header tests. I don't see any point in arguing over this.
