It merely scores mail, any action taken, including delivery, blocking or *couch* bouncing on the recipients end is done by other tools. Closing Resolved INVALID. You probably should contact the recipients MX admin. If this was a legit mail and you believe it has been blocked erroneously, please feel free to file a FP bug clearly indicating the rules that resulted in the FP, along with the raw original mail for investigation.
