Summary: Verify feedback mechanism exists for senderscore, or
                    drop their rules.
           Product: Spamassassin
Version: SVN Trunk (Latest Devel Version)
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: minor
          Priority: P5
         Component: Rules
        AssignedTo: [email protected]
        ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Following Michael Scheidell's question, I did some investigating on my own. I
have not found any way for me, or any other average SA user, to report abuse.

They claim to have tie-ins with lots of major ISP's "report as spam" buttons,
but that doesn't do SA users any good.

My personal feeling is that if we're going to have a whitelist system in the
default SA configuration, then SA users should be able to report abuse.

For example, I would think this should be a FAQ item, but it isn't
https://www.senderscore.org/faq.php

Or mentioned in the TOS, but it isn't:
https://www.senderscore.org/tos.php

Does anyone wish to try to contact Tom Bartel from bug 5476 , or should I go
ahead and do so?
