I tried the patch on FreeBSD 7.0-RELEASE-p5 in a jail,
with plain SA 3.2.5, and Perl 5.10.0 installed,
and the patch fixes the problem, all tests run fine.
1.
without a patch, the:
make test SPAMD_LOCALHOST=10.2.4.233
produces many errors in spamc tests
2.
with the patch, the plain:
make test
produces many errors in spamc tests, as expected
3.
with the patch, the:
make test SPAMD_LOCALHOST=10.2.4.233
produces NO errors, so the issue seems resolved.
