In that the problem became serious after I upgraded to perl5.8.9, yes it does sound similar. I am running ports and p5-Mail-SpamAssassin-3.2.5_4. Everything is up to date. I am not sure why spamd reports reports 3.1.8. What is the best way to obtain a full debugging output? Debugging is set to true in qmail-scanner-queue.pl. The log qmail-queue.log does not contain any additional information. Is there some docs on this topic?
