since an ooo office message cannot have or match the whitelisted headers for a
real bounce, and credit possibly given to avoid fp's is negated.
each and every ms exchange generated ooo has this subject:
Out of Office AutoReply: (original subjectline)
this minor change to __BOUNCE_AUTO_REPLY uses perl lookbehind, basically:
if subject matches autoreply, hit, unless it is preceded with Out of Office)
