Yes fine, but if you think about it is rather useless to test "live" since it
will always be true right?

I am suggesting it might be useful for masscheck only because we can see both
RCVD_IN_PSBL and RCVD_IN_PSBL_2WEEKS to compare.  This might be useful to test
other network-based rules like pyzor or other DNSBL's as well since they really
aren't designed to be accurate for old mail either.
