This errors are thrown on the second run of SA if not the same Object is used.
Plugin::MIMEHeader doesn't throw the error if I use the same SA Object.
This error has to do with the Patch in Bug 4819.
A script to test has been attached.
I will immediatelly upload a patch for that.
