In particular, SA does not block or black-list *your* email. You want to talk to the recipient in question about details as to why they / their setup considers your mail spammy. SA does not white-list arbitrary domains either. Actually, SA does not white-list any domain. The only exception that comes close are domains to *ignore* for DNS BL look-ups, because they are very common and don't give a hint about classification.
