Add generated sandbox scores from 72_scores.cf to freqs
Now that rulesrc/scores/72_scores.cf is being automatically generated for
sandbox rules from nightly masscheck results, it would be nice to see those
scores on the ruleqa website. I believe the attached patch will achieve this
with minimal disruption.
Patch hit-frequencies to add -g option to include 72_scores.cf in the parsing,
and rule-qa/reports-from-logs to include that option in the nightly ruleqa
processing.

(I know this doesn't strictly need votes, I'm just not familiar with how all
the ruleqa website bits fit together and would like somebody to verify I'm
modifying the right place...)
