It doesn't. See the original report header in attachment 4737. Multiple BL hits, plus RDNS_DYNAMIC, DOS_OUTLOOK_TO_MX and friends. Specifically note the UNPARSEABLE_RELAY hit, which also is missing from comment 8. It appears the headers of the message checked at SMTP time are not identical to the sample.
