First of all, you could post a complete debug log of spamd, not just a snippet of one message has being scanned. Just start spamd in debug mode (-D) and process some messages. This will give us some more information, what is causing the DNS queries to fail. I attached a typically log file of our spamd port, have a look there if you aren't sure to post the right file.
