I seem to recall from one of the discussions with infra, that they can
satisfy any Perl module requirement. And that they actually would be
happy to -- as opposed to not using ASF infrastructure for some parts,
just so we have control over Perl.

So, if hudson is hosted on ASF infrastructure, just asking them politely
should do the trick.
