[email protected] sent me a mail related to DNSBL's, but my mail bounced
when I tried to respond. I have no idea who this is, but I figure this
person saw me post here.

In a local file of DNSBLs, I have the following additional definitions.
In addition to picking up UCE-Protect's lists, you might want to
consider testing some of these others:
SpamEatingMonkey[.com] has several other lists.
Have you done local masschecks to verify the safety and effectiveness of
these lists?

For example, ubl.unsubscore.com when I ran it in spamassassin masscheck
during 2009 caught 7.9% spam and 2.3% ham. I tried it again yesterday,
but it was a complete failure with 0-12 response times. Spamassassin
times out and gives up at ~3.6 seconds. You aren't seeing timeouts? Try
spamassassin -D on a particular message and look at the debug spew.
As for the other DNSBL's could you help by contacting their owners and
asking if they wish to be tested in spamassassin's Saturday morning
masscheck. Show them http://ruleqa.spamassassin.org/
