Anyone up for this? Guess this highlights the point we *do* need a way
to push some sort of emergency rule updates, as mentioned by Daryl in

Does a manually update need to be pushed?
I think if you can push the one that's in the pipe already (1083702) we'll
be okay.
If somebody provides me a patch(es) against whatever current updates need to
be patched, I'll patch them and push the update(s).
Remove anything containing PILL_PRICE.
