Passes make test on two very different linux-based systems for me. Are the rules ready for testing on a production system in your opinion?

WARNING: I did not test this in production.
QUESTION: That rules tarball appears to be generated from the 3.3 branch, which is is now "wrong" right? How are we supposed to generate the latest stable rules tarball from the trunk rules? Just grab the tarball from sa-updates?
