There are lots of "ham" messages which generate rule hits. It's only a problem if the score significantly approaches the spam threshold score. If this is the only hit, don't worry about it. The rule in question is there to catch the drug called "Ambien" which has been spammed in the U.S. I don't see this as a problem.
