Remove Debian patch 85_disable_SSLv2
I should have included this with bug 6595.
Not tested, but only affects Debian package building, and very simple. Only
removes the patch file that is now in trunk, and removes that file from
debian/patches/series.
I believe this shouldn't need any votes, just a commit to trunk.
This broke my daily Ubuntu builds today:
