Tomorrow I will be cutting 3.3.2-rc2. As there are no remaining
blockers, this is intended to be a true release candidate with no
further code changes. By ASF policies this and all pre-releases require
only "lazy consensus" with no objections.

We will be testing 3.3.2-rc2 in CPAN, DEB and RPM testing channels. If
we adequately test it then 3.3.2 final will be cut with only a change to
the version tag in svn, no changes to code. At that point 3.3.2 final
will require 3 votes from PMC for official release.

This "true release candidate" has the goal of avoiding the possibility
of multiple tarballs of the same name and the confusion that causes for
users and the distribution channels. (Most recently we had two cuts of
the "final" 3.3.1.)

If 3.3.2 is cut and rejected for some reason, then the next cut will NOT
be named 3.3.2. We will declare 3.3.2 aborted, and 3.3.3-rcX will be
the following cuts until we are sure we can do a true release.
