My suggestion is for REMOVED rules which were present in the SA official channel, and a way to alert people of rules' removal in a way which allows them to save a copy should they want to use it locally even after its removal. I leave the expiration period (suggested minimum of 1 month) for the discussion (and suggest it only to prevent an infinently growing file). Simply removing a rule then telling people its gone doesn't give them a chance to save it locally.
