I think we should commit the remainder to trunk so everyone working on the problem have an agreed-upon common starting point. What we have (or is already pending): The code to read multiple DNS database results in varying formats. What we need: A way to limit our queries for these databases to just the address families supported by them (a configuration item). There have been two suggestions on how to approach that (summarized at comment #23).
