As Lawrence already said, you have not provided us with enough information to help you. You haven't even shown any evidence that spamassassin is even involved. I would close this bug if I had sufficient access, and suggest that you post to the spamassassin users mailing list with links to several examples of full emails where you're seeing this problem, hosted either on a domain of yours or something like pastebin.com. The thing your example is most problematically missing is a X-Spam-Status header, showing us what rules got triggered.
