Remember though, revert to a known good update if at all possible.
Patching updates manually usually leads to another bad update with bad
rules or fixes in it.
FYI, I thought about reverting to a known good but I viewed that for
3.3.2, the initial tested release rules file had the issue so I didn't
feel we had a previous version to revert to and the issue was low
priority so waiting was the best scenario. I know that the rules engine
is highly dependent on a lot of cogs and even trying to run the nightly
mass check early will bomb out because their are time checks if I
remember correctly.

Michael, can you use the rules tar for 1140483
(http://sa-update.pccc.com/1140483.tar.gz) and replace the rules tar
that was released with 3.3.2 on the website? We really don't want that
rules tar being used.

You consider 1140483 to be clean enough, even with the reuse remnants and T_* junk in there?
