Traditional yahoo relays do not hit __5_SUBDOM as they only contain "4
subdomains", for example:

nm20-vm4.bullet.mail.ne1.yahoo.com [98.138.91.180]
nm2.bullet.mail.ne1.yahoo.com [98.138.90.65]
nm30-vm0.bullet.mail.sp2.yahoo.com [98.139.91.238]

compared to those hitting __5_SUBDOM that do contain "5 subdomains"

nm1.bt.bullet.mail.ird.yahoo.com [212.82.108.232]
nm4-vm0.bt.bullet.mail.ukl.yahoo.com [217.146.182.229]
nm2-vm0.bt.bullet.mail.ukl.yahoo.com [217.146.182.242]
nm4.bt.bullet.mail.ukl.yahoo.com [217.146.183.202]
nm4.bt.bullet.mail.ird.yahoo.com [212.82.108.235]
nm2.bt.bullet.mail.ukl.yahoo.com [217.146.183.200]

Anyway, as this rule continues to misfire, hitting all mail from the UK's
largest ISP, is there any chance of getting this fixed?

Either dropping __5_SUBDOM from the meta or adding !__RCD_RDNS_MAIL_MESSY as
proposed in the comment above would fix the issue.
