Trunk rules with sa-update

We have changed DNS so that trunk will pull rules for the latest current 
release when using sa-update.

This should allow production machines to use svn trunk with production 
level rules.

Specifically, you should now see a 72_scores.cf file.

Feedback on this change appreciated and we'll see if it breaks too many 
things.
