I already emailed infra 2 days ago. And correct, you can't change time on a 
zone. Ntp is supposed to be on the master zone taking care of this...

Just to confirm, I tried setting the date in the zone and it did not work, 
so we do need to get infra involved to get the host fixed.

I also note that www.apache.org (the comparison host) is itself no longer 
synced. I compared the zone to pool.ntp.org and got a drift of -12sec so 
that's not the problem, but if the entire apache network can no longer 
sync to a reliable source that might explain the problem.
