I managed to create a channel, but a lot of important bits are missing
on https://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/PublishingRuleUpdates
I'd like to update that page to give more detail about the whole process
of creating a channel, but I seem to have no right to edit the wiki
anymore (some years ago I could).

Is there interest that I update that docs, and who could enable me to do
so?
