On 1 Oct 2012, infra@ received three independent reports of Yahoo users (.com,
.de, .com) about their mails to us being rejeced due to a high spam score. See
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-5331 for a representative sample.
We ended up zeroing the scores for those rules. Opening a bug here after
discussion on IRC.
